We currently ship within the United States only. Physical products ship from U.S. warehouses. The current carrier estimate is shown on each product page and is typically 3–8 days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Standard U.S. shipping is included in the listed physical-product price. Any applicable tax is calculated during checkout.

Digital products are delivered instantly: download links appear on your order confirmation page and are emailed to you.

Returns & refunds — 30-day guarantee

If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or simply doesn't work for your pet, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. We may ask for a photo to speed things up — no need to ship items back unless we request it.

Digital products are instant downloads and generally non-refundable, but if something's wrong with your files, we'll fix it or refund you.
